Our Youtube Math Channel

We have created a Youtube Channel that focuses mainly on Calculus with over 200 hours of content. On our channel, you will find Calculus videos that are lecture-based (Calculus Done Wrong Video Series), practice-based (Girls Teach Calculus Video Series), and AP Calculus FRQ-focused (AP Calculus Free Response Practice Video Series). We hope that you find these Calculus videos useful and subscribe to our channel as we continue to produce video content!

Calculus Done Wrong

A cheekily-named playlist where we focus on how to apply the methods and techniques required of Calculus, rather than theory. These videos are lectures for our daily AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC lessons. In them, we introduce the topic with steps and formulas and then immediately practice examples. We try to give a wide range of examples for each video, where We cover each variation that might be found on Calculus assessments. WE also emphasize how such questions might appear on the AP exam, both on the multiple choice and the FRQs. Playlist covers the full curriculum of AP Calculus AB (Calculus 1).

Girls Teach Calculus

A video series where a accomplished college students patiently work through a Calculus worksheet. Each presenter mentions strategies for each question and alludes to hints for the AP exam when they arise. Also, linked to the description of each of these videos is a link where a student or teacher can find a worksheet and the answers to the worksheet for the given topic. Series covers the bulk of the AP Calculus AB / Calculus 1 curriculum.

AP Calculus Free Response Questions

By watching the series, a student will certainly be much more confident when completing the FRQ portion of the AP exam, both for AB and BC. The eleven FRQ Topics covered are Accumulation, Particle Motion, Graph, Tabular, Area and Volume, Differential Equations, Taylor Series, Parametric, Polar, AB MC-Like, and BC MC-Like FRQs.

An Intro to Proof Based Math

This is Memphis Communiversity's Introduction to Proof Based Math.  This video series is designed for those students that want exposure to Proof Based Math, beyond the typical Calculus level.  Examples and organization of the videos are developed and modified from Richard Hammack's Book of Proof (2nd Edition). The topics we cover include sets (unions, intersections, complements, subsets, and power sets), counting and probability, direct proofs (involving parity of integers, division of integers, etc.), other proof methods (including contradiction, contrapositive, induction), relations and properties of functions (injective, surjective, bijective, and inverses), and cardinality.
